Pre-Gewerbe scaffoldThese Terms are offered by Callilio (in formation / in Gründung), Austria ("Callilio", "we", "us") to business customers ("Customer", "you"). Our full legal entity details (registered company name, address, and Firmenbuch/UID) are being finalized and will be published here once commercial registration is complete.

The service

Callilio provides AI-assisted phone reception, booking automation, and related integrations. Features depend on your plan and configuration. We may update the service to improve security, compliance, or functionality.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
You are responsible for actions taken under your account and by users you invite.
We may suspend access for suspected abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use Callilio for unlawful robocalling, harassment, spam, impersonation, or processing special-category data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. You must comply with telecom, marketing, and employment laws applicable to your use case.

Fees & trial

Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the pricing shown at checkout. Trials may require a payment method upfront; you will not be charged until the trial ends unless stated otherwise. Fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Customer data

You retain ownership of content and caller data you upload or generate. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Agreement apply.

Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and third-party outages (telephony, calendar providers) may affect call routing or sync.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Austrian law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or failures caused by third-party networks outside our reasonable control.

Termination

Either party may terminate per the subscription terms. Upon termination we will delete or return Customer data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Vienna shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from business customers, unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
